It is very important to take care of health in today’s life. Ayurveda tells us what the ideal routine should be so that we stay healthy. According to the weather, the catering and routine are called Ayurveda in the Ayurveda. Ritu means weather and charya mean eating food. In this, the three faults of the body in the different seasons Vata (air), bile (fire) and cuff (water) are balanced.

What are coughs, bile, and vaginal defects
Our body is composed of five elements (air, sky, fire, water, and earth). In these Panchmundas, cuffs, bile, and Vata are formed. These can be more or less in the body. It is called a flaw. Any defect is formed by the combination of 2 major ones, such as water and earth, phlegm, fire, and water mixes with pitta and air and sky becomes Vata. A cough is responsible for body nutrition, gall metabolism, and Vata movement. There are three deficiencies in everyone’s body but one or two faults are high and the other two or third decreases. On the basis of which the element is high, it is believed that the tendency of that body is a cough, gall or air prowess. When there is balance in all three faults, then the person remains healthy, but if any flaw increases, then the disease becomes the cause. According to the nature of your body diet and ethics increase the immunity of the body and reduce the risk of falling ill.
