First Time White House lawsuit in US history: CNN case: 6 people including trump

CNN has sued six administration administrators, including Trump, in the Washington District Court, about the White House’s reporter Jim Accosta being stripped of the White House pass.

There has been great news on the ongoing dispute between President Donald Trump and News Network CNN in the US. In the US, the constitution was made in 1788 and it has been 230 years but for the first time, such a case has been taken against a President. CNN has sued six administration administrators, including Trump, in the Washington District Court, about the White House’s reporter Jim Accosta being stripped of the White House pass.

US President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against four people. The White House said that CNN’s trial is a spectacle and they will adopt an extremely aggressive attitude towards their defense. The White House Correspondents Association is also supporting Jim Acosta and he has asked to return Acosta back. Washington’s District Court, according to the Indian time, could hear the verdict at around one and a half tonight.

CNN has placed three issues in court in front of the court in which the White House has to answer-

1. CNN has said in court that withdrawing a press-pass from Acosta is a violation of the constitutional rights of journalists.

2. The White House has incorrectly rejected Acosta’s possession, which is a violation of the freedom of the press and the first and fifth Amendment rights of the Press Freedom Law.

3. If the White House is not challenged then it would be fatal to any journalist who is covering the government

According to experts, the White House’s side is weak in the case. Actually, on November 7, at a press conference in the White House, Donald Trump broke out on the questions of Jim Acosta, and the acoustics and CNN were declared false.

The White House has been sued for the first time, but even before this, two times in the United States, the White House reporter has been withdrawn, and both the White House had to eat the mouth. In 1977, during the Presidential era of Lunden Johnson, The National Magazine’s Reporter Robert Sheryl was stopped by the Secret Service because he believed that Sheryl is a threat to the President. Robert Sheryl sued and the decision came to their right, though it is a different matter that they refused to apply for the White House’s hard pass. But the case here is second, Trump has Jim Acosta and CNN disliked so the hard pass was withdrawn.
